Complete construction of display stand for the Melbourne Convention Centre Fine Food Show 2014
The stand was completely built in the factory, dismantled into sections then rebuilt at the convention centre the night before the show's opening
The display stand included all electrical and plumbing works, enabling a working stove and sink for cooking demonstrations and food tastings as well as audiovisual and lighting
