Located on the beautiful east coast a challenging steep site on a very visual sweeping corner overlooking the resort town of Onemana was an opportunity to design something very special.
My clients were retiring to the coast and wanted simple modern clean lines constructed from strong quality materials. Boat storage and a workshop were a must as was a light filled open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area and a Bedroom suite on top to potentially glimpse an eastern ocean view out to the islands.
Determining the views that we might be able to achieve was a challenge and meant many a precarious ladder up to the existing house’s roof during the design process.
