With Careful design considerations from a very talented local architect, this project is possibly the smartest wee 2 bedroom house around. Achieving Passive house standards in a very cold part of Queenstown where it thought impossible to do. The level of detail and care gone into this project is one for the portfolio, for everyone involved!
