Revitalization of a 1920’s brick residence into a bright, modern family home with an upgraded backyard, designed to accommodate the needs of three primary school-aged children.
1920’s Brick Residence
When this home was purchased in 2017, it had a reasonably well resolved floorplan. It was, however, very tired and rather dark & gloomy due to a dated renovation.
Picchio was charged with the task of largely maintaining the existing floorplan but refurbishing the existing spaces to create a light, bright, and modernised family home. The backyard of this home also participated in an extensive makeover making it fit for purpose for three primary school-aged children.
