The brief for Shed 33 was to produce a affordable compact modular townhouse design which ticked all the boxes of down town living. These modules have been created to mimic stacked containers.
They feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, single internal garaging, provisions for lifts, north facing internal decks off first floor living areas with all day sun, just to name a few, and all under 120sqm.
