Sullivan Hall Workspace features multifunctional areas including offices, collaboration zones, and a quiet zone, while celebrating its raw structural elements with a dominant concrete frame and corten steel accents that develop a unique rust-like appearance over time.
The Sullivan Hall fitout incorporates several multifunctional spaces, including main office work area, staff room (fuseball of course!), break out areas, colaberation areas, meeting rooms and a quiet zone (no phones allowed). It was important to celebrate the raw structure, showcasing how the building works. The concrete frame and rib and infill floor remain dominant. The corten steel or weathering steel plate is a group of steel alloys which were developed to eliminate the need for painting. The rust-like appearance develops over several years.
