This two-story, four-bedroom, home with a double garage and a swimming pool effortlessly stands out in a crowd and is nothing short of a show stopper. This is a simple but very stylish home with large common spaces with fantastic indoor/outdoor flow.
The cathedral ceilings are used to create a very spacious feeling throughout these common areas, complimented by large panes of glass.
The kitchen flows effortlessly through to a casual living area all the way to the outdoor entertaining area and swimming pool, perfect for social gatherings.
Two of the four bedrooms are downstairs, with the master bedroom (including ensuite and library/study nook) and additional bedroom on the second floor.
With cedar being the only cladding used, the combination of black-stained cedar and natural coloured cedar adjacent to natural timber decking gives this home a modern design and a natural soft down-to-earth feel.
The entranceway being in the middle of the house has an open stairwell backing onto large glass panes with a focus on the space in order to achieve impact upon entrance. This is after being led up an attractive entranceway with floral edging in ground-level planter boxes, creating a seamlessly covered boardwalk entrance to wow visitors.
