The Pool Pavilion banner

Beautifully designed by Hurren Architects, the Pool Pavilion’s materiality, form and detailing speak effortlessly to the existing character of the house. Timeless landscaping, executed by our in-house team, is showcased by strategically placed lighting by LED Outdoor.

The cast iron Cheminees Philippe fireplace not only makes a statement, but ensures the space is a year round retreat, while custom joinery conceals an integrated fridge freezer, all further enhancing the use and enjoyment of this serene eastern foothills backyard that rests against Second Creek.

The entire project was undertaken with the utmost care and respect for the existing natural environment, with all trades working mindfully to minimize disruption to the habitat and health of the native flora and fauna that call it home.

This same care and attention to detail permeates throughout the space. Meticulous craftsmanship is evident in the stone work and tiling undertaken for the refurbishment of the pool, the cutting and shaping of the pool house stonework, the concealed fixings crafted for the arbor and bench seat, as well as strategic selection of materials and construction techniques specific to site for all boundaries.

With nearly all works undertaken by our in-house team, the result is a stunning pavilion and fully landscaped garden fit for year-round outdoor living.
