A property developer hired our firm for our interior design services to work on six 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouses in a small rural town aimed at older people downsizing from larger farm homesteads.

The goal was to create a modern country farmhouse look with a neutral colour palette that was both inviting and timeless while staying within budget.

The interior designer sourced and selected all fixtures and fittings, considering the target market's unique needs, such as ease of maintenance, mobility issues, and safety features.

We had 3D renders completed for this project with our selected colours and finishes so the real estate agent could promote the townhouse and sell them off the plan. Ultimately, the design met the developer's brief and provided the perfect living spaces for older people moving off the land into a smaller home.
