This project is an excellent illustration of sustainability embodied at all levels of design and master planning. It possesses advanced seismic design, energy and material efficiency, lowering maintenance costs and providing long-term flexibility and adaptability.
While the construction programme was tight, and the project team successfully achieved Project Completion on time so that the building was ready for the University at the beginning of the 2020 academic year.
RCP provided advisory and management services from the latter stages of design, through procurement and delivery of this project, which was constructed in the live, operational City Campus.
