CivilPlan Consultants worked extensively with the original land owners, the Council and Council Controlled Organisations to rezone their farmland to residential and then lead the masterplanning of the land to enable Universal to undertake an integrated greenfield development which included the construction of 87 dwellings, 7 show homes and an information centre.
