It’s had three Michelin stars since 2009, which has made it one of the flagships of Spanish haute cuisine. The restaurant accepts a minimum of two diners and reservations can be made starting at midnight on the first day of each month.
In an old 19th century house in the Santa Catalina neighborhood you’ll find this typical Sevillian shop which will take you right back to that period. This new gastronomy venue offers extra virgin olive oil, legumes, canned foods and wines that will delight the most self-indulgent.
