We are very pleased to share that last week Reconciliation Australia welcomed us to the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) program with theformal endorsement of our Reflect RAP.
We’re proud to join a network of more than 1,100 corporate, government, and not-for-profit organisations that have made a formal commitment to reconciliation through the RAP program. The program’s potential for impact is greater than ever with over 2.3 million people now working or studying in an organisation with a RAP. It’s important to us that we recognise the culture and values of First Australians and ensure that as a business we contribute to implementing considered and purposeful change within our community and profession. We have long been committed to our vision for reconciliation, so it is an extremely proud moment for our team to now have a framework with practical actions to help us realise this vision and help drive change alongside our clients, collaborators, and community. If you’re interested in understanding how your organisation can make a difference visit the Reconciliation Australian website, and if you’d like to learn about how our journey towards reconciliation will look, our Reflect RAP can be viewed here.
