When it comes to workplace design, it can often help to think outside the box to make the most of your office space. In some cases, thinking inside of a box can also be the answer.

If your workplace is all hustle and bustle with no space for people to focus, soundproof office pods are a cost-effective and efficient alternative to meeting rooms.

Smart office pods are the perfect workplace solution for staff who need somewhere to take an important phone call in peace, complete a demanding task, or have some time out.

Soundproof pods can maximise space, make an office more adaptable, and provide somewhere for people to collaborate and concentrate.

The Koplus range of soundproof office pods is a simple, stylish and practical solution for noisy offices.

Designed to respect privacy, Koplus pods are purpose-built for businesses that want to provide the best environment for everyone.

The benefits of soundproof office pods

Koplus soundproof office pods can enhance productivity and boost creativity by giving you an oasis of calm in the workplace.

A pod can make your office a more modular, modern, and agile workspace, fitting neatly and efficiently into your existing floor design.

As multi-functional furniture and modularity become vital in the modern workplace, pods can make your office more accommodating and enable different ways of working.

Due to the open-plan nature of most offices, staff often feel uncomfortable taking phone calls next to their colleagues. A pod can offer a neat solution without needing a costly redesign.

Koplus pods come equipped with:

  • World-class soundproofing technology and the best soundproofing materials.
  • Structured detailing to mitigate noise.
  • Ventilation, ensuring natural air circulation.
  • Personalised, adjustable, automatic lighting.
  • Charging points.
  • Tables and seating if required.

The Koplus Milli is a minimalist phone booth equipped with all the essentials to help your team focus.

Available with a sit-down desk, Milli Sit or a standing desk, Milli Stand, Koplus Milli provides an effective acoustic solution to get on with work in peace.

The Milli collection is available in a wide range of colours, from black and graphite grey to red, blending seamlessly into any workplace interior.

Milli booths boast the best soundproofing materials, with structural detailing to mitigate noise from the rest of the office.

The Milli also features a motion sensor that turns on booth lighting upon entry, conserving energy for your business.

Office pods are also designed to keep air fresh and ventilated in a small space. The Milli has a controlled airflow of 30.8 m3/h, providing constant air circulation.

All of our Milli pods use sustainable materials where possible, including Eco-innovative Polyester (PET) Acoustics Panels.

Due to their levelling feet, Koplus pods are also easily moveable, making them simple to manoeuvre during a redesign.

Accessories including the Koplus Grace Stool or Milli Sofa complement the soundproof office pods, providing stylish, comfortable seating in your quiet space.

Our Kolo Acoustic Collection offers a range of tailored soundproof booths to suit every office, from private individual spaces to flexible meeting rooms.

The Kolo Acoustic Collection

The Kolo Solo Single Booth is a privacy-on-demand personal space designed for quick confidential calls, or video conferences where focus is paramount.

An ideal solution for a loud open-plan workplace, the Solo Single Booth is customisable in various interior and exterior colours.

Adjustable LED lighting, user-friendly charging points, and manoeuvrability make the Solo Single a practical, perfect pod.

The Kolo Midi Studio Booth is a more spacious option, with ample room for a work desk or chair. This model is designed for people to settle in and get to work on an important task free of distractions.

Accessories like our Focus Desk fit neatly into the Midi pod, providing an ergonomic, space-saving workstation.

The Kolo Duo Meeting Booth is our largest pod, with room for two people to sit down and work. It’s our moveable meeting room for adaptable modular workspaces.
