Installation & Care

Install in accordance with current Abodo technical documentation and relevant Australian building requirements. Vertical cladding must be installed over horizontal structural cavity battens, while a drained cavity system is recommended for optimal weather protection.

Use appropriate hot-dipped galvanised or stainless-steel fixings, with stainless steel required in sea-spray zones. Seal all cut ends and apply the specified coating to all faces before installation. Wash annually, inspect every two summers and recoat approximately every two to three years, or as required by exposure conditions.
