Dulux Rawene Paint, Popular Grays

Rāwene is a popular dark charcoal with a subtle bluish undertone. It works well as a contemporary feature colour on exteriors such as a front door. It can also be used as a dramatic interior colour such as in a bedroom, theatre room or studio space. It pairs perfectly with whites such as Mt Aspiring and Ōkārito as well as soft browns and grieges such as Ōpononi.

From blue greys to almost black paint, grey is a popular exterior choice for New Zealand homes. Lighter shades can invoke a sense of classic charm while darker shades can be bold and dramatic.

Grey’s versatility, and often chameleon-like qualities, makes it suitable for almost every style of home. From welcoming warm greys through to cooler modern shades, explore the depths of this colour to find the perfect combination for your space.
