Windsor Doors innovative Smooth range delivers a smooth finish in a wide range of customised door designs. This product is made from Colorsteel® G300 coil, delivering a far smoother, virtually blemish, and shadow-free finish. Shadowing or oil canning can be defined as a perceived waviness in the flat areas of metal panels. Oil canning is an inherent part of light gauge cold formed metal products, particularly those with broad flat areas such as garage doors.
For a superior flatness in our Flat Panel doors, 0.95mm heavy gauge steel is to be used. For exceptional flatness and corrosion resistance, 2.0mm aluminium is used. The minimalist look that has maximum effect in metal.
We have a wide range of colours available from Colorsteel® and UniCote LUX®.
This style of door is available in three profiles; Ribline, Fineline and Flat Panel.
