The Halliday + Baillie HB 526 incorporates holes and a hollow section allowing for 12 volt wiring to connect to LED lighting strips.

Like its aluminium counterparts (the HB525 and HB527) these bracket comes in wired and non-wired versions with the robustness of 316 stainless steel. For the non-wired counterpart please see the HB 528 as not all brackets in a run will require lighting capacity. Includes all fasteners including anchor for concrete, masonry or wood framed plasterboard walls. Epoxy not included.

Scope of use

The HB526 Stair Rail Bracket is designed for wall-mounted handrails on stairs or ramps and suits handrails 40–50 mm in diameter. It allows discreet 12-volt wiring for integrated LED lighting and must be fixed into a solid substrate such as studs or masonry, with brackets spaced 600–800 mm apart. The HB526 is not suitable for glass balustrade systems. For sections of the handrail that do not require lighting, the matching HB528 non-LED bracket can be used to maintain a consistent appearance throughout the installation.
