With all the charm of a traditional wood fire combined with the latest technology, the Hearthstone 8030B is built using soapstone. Soapstone is a natural material which absorbs the sharp heat of the fire, stores the energy, then radiates a gentle heat back into the living space. This means you home stays at a comfortable temperature for longer.
A complement of cast iron and soapstone, with a large stone top, side and front panels with cast iron impact plates that protect the soapstone when loading the fire and a ceramic baffle with extra heat resistance the Hearthstone 8030B has a vertical smoke exit through the top of the fire with the option to switch to a horizontal smoke exit through the rear.
