Joseph Giles Theodore Hex Collection

The Joseph Giles Theodore collection was inspired by a hexagonal pull handle that they produced for a historic public house in London. Parts of the building dated back to the 1900s and while much had changed during this time; the owners wanted to retain as many traditional accents of the building as possible while undertaking a major refurbishment. Inevitably some things were not able to be reused, and so new pieces were required which were sympathetic to the integrity of the building. Joseph Giles was tasked with designing large hexagonal door pulls which paid homage to its roots, but also complemented its new design scheme.

Joseph Giles loved the hexagonal design and felt it would suit a range of design projects. Over the months that followed, they experimented with the shape until they settled on the design; which was named ‘Theodore’. Its simplicity ensures all focus is on the shape, which is beautiful, tactile and practical.

The collection includes cabinet handles, lever handles, and door pulls.
