Modline Window Shrouds

All Alumac sun hoods and window shrouds are custom manufactured in our Sydney factory to our established design criteria which is engineer certified for non-cyclonic environments and protected by our Australian Design Registration and Patent (Pending).

Our Modline range is manufactured from 6mm aluminium ideally suited to minimalist aesthetic architectural intent. Our Modline sun hood has a slim blade like profile with the outward face being a single 6mm material thickness.

Modline can be configured with multiple panels to achieve the desired sun mitigation, privacy control and striking architectural aesthetics.

The maximum Modline single panel length is 3m, however utilising our exclusive joining and corner extrusions we can configure Modline for almost any installation.

Modline window¹ shroud is also suited to high wind areas.

In keeping with minimalist ideology, we laser weld our exclusive corner extrusion to the upper and lower horizontal panels to form a visually pleasing screw‑free union.
