Based on a 2 part system. The backing is fixed to the substrate, then the batten is simply clipped on to conceal the fixings. We have over 20 different shapes and sizes that can be used with our batten extenders, spacers and backing systems. Knotwood’s batten systems can create bold architectural statements, stylish sun shields or sophisticated screens. Our aluminium lengths are the perfect solution for large expanses. They are lightweight, strong and durable. They are ideal for hard to reach areas. Our systems are designed to conceal joins, screws and fixings resulting in a clean and seamless finish.

With our 40+ woodgrain colours, our specialised sublimation process transfers our stunning wood grain designs onto a powder coated surface.

The result is a natural timber aesthetic with a textured finish.
