My husband and I were devastated when Baulkham Hills council did not approve our timber decking materials due to being located in a Flame Zone. After doing some research we were so relieved to find a company that makes aluminium decking boards that look like wood! We are so thankful to Knotwood as we were still able to have a warm feel to our deck and were so excited to see the amazing colour options!

We feel like this whole experience was meant to be…my husband and I would have struggled to find the time to maintain a timber decking. Now we can just kick back and enjoy the warm, clean feel of our Knotwood deck. Thanks Knotwood for creating a product that is not wood!

I have just completed building units for my brother in law, in which I used quite a bit of ‘Knotwood’ for Decking, Infills, Sliding Gate and Entrance area. I found it to be good to use and have had lots of positive feedback with people not believing it is an aluminium product. With Extremes in temperatures (from -5c to 45c) wood has never been an option in Alice Springs. The neighbours to the units have asked me to quote on some fencing using your product.

Yes, we’re enjoying the privacy that the Knotwood screen provides for us. The Knotwood barrier really looks good! It truly does look like wood, and I believe that most people think that it is wood until they’re told differently. Your installation “crew” (both of you) were really professional and it was enjoyable to watch you work. Thanks for providing the privacy we needed and for the good looking addition to our back yard.

Our new deck constructed from Knotwood materials is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The durability and beauty of the product is going to give us pleasure for many years to come. Casual Construction was wonderful to work with, taking a great deal of care to ensure that our deck was built to last a lifetime.  Their professionalism and attention to detail, even down to the staining of the rivets to match the wood grain tone, made our experience extremely positive.

We have finished a large renovation at our Burleigh Heads property and have used the Knotwood product as the side walls complete with access door to the garage, as well as the front fence, and the result has been outstanding.

Your maintenance free product has been very easy to install and with your knowledgeable advice I was able to undertake the installation with ease, with all components fitting into each other perfectly. The product material was light weight and therefore I was able to easily handle and cut to size I required.

The fact that once installed I don’t have the upkeep has been a wonderful asset to our home. Many of our friends have commented on the timber look and have been surprised to know that the product is aluminium and not wood.
