The striking appearance achieved with floor-to-ceiling doors presents its own unique challenges when it comes to sliding door hardware. Modern minimalist—clean lines demand unobtrusive hardware that is concealed from view.
The Triline architectural cavity sliding door range has been designed to achieve clearances of 3-5mm between the track & top of the door. With no hanger plates or screws protruding above the top edge of the door, the door can be adjusted to achieve a minimal Zero Clearance™ look.
Available for full height doors, or to suit standard height doors as single units, or to suit double doors sliding on either side on a single track.
In addition to the minimalist hanger fittings, the Triline Zero Clearance™ range comes with a precision bearing bottom roller guide system as standard, fully concealed in the bottom edge of the door, extending the Zero Clearance™ look to the floor.
To complement the Zero Clearance™ range, Triline can also offer various options for doors to suit providing a complete package. Doors can be rebated for hard-ware if required, saving time during installation.
Our passion towards our customers reflects the ethos of our family-owned and operated business; we support each other and our clients with honesty and respect. This is our point of difference. We don’t just aim to be one of the leaders in cavity doors, we aim to be one of the best in service, too. That’s why our customers continue to work with us and speak so highly of our products and staff.
The idea for Triline Quality Door Systems was born in 1996 when founder and home builder, Stuart Colledge, noticed that there was no easy way to obtain pocket sliding doors in Tasmania. After a few years of extensive product research, design and development, Triline launched its first cavity sliders in a leading hardware store in Hobart. Over the next eight years our output increased steadily and by 2004 we outgrew our facilities. 2005 saw us expand to a larger premises and, as a result, we have significantly increased our production output.
With more space and the passion to go further, we overhauled and re-designed our cavity pocket system. After much refinement and consultation with our customers, the Phoenix™ cavity slider was formed. We continue to grow and improve our product range to give our customers more options and avenues for creative exploration in internal sliding doors. We also seek ways to better construct our cavity sliding doors to ensure our customers have the latest in architectural design and material performance.
