I approached Darren @ 3D Factory approx. 2 years ago to help with a development project that I had wanted to go ahead in South Auckland that meant removing the existing house and putting 4 new homes up. From the initial meeting through to the end with getting RC and BC approval from the council, Darren had always been very helpful and informative during the whole process. His knowledge and design ideas meant that we were able to conclude with a design that worked very well for both future residents of the home and also one that suited the parcel of land well. There were some hiccups along the way due to delay with COVID but in the end it was well worth it. Will definitely be using Darren and the 3D Factory again for future projects. Thanks
