505 Construction focuses on making the process simple. We do it by filling our team with expert carpenters and only the best tradespeople, who really care about their work.

This, coupled with clear communication and a passion for what we do, means our jobs always run smoothly, and are finished to perfection.

Expert renovations: evolving homes, not just remodelling.

Renovations may seem like a simple process. In fact, the process of taking an existing structure and moulding it to suit takes a broad understanding of building techniques and materials. Without it, changes to a home can look out-of-place, jarring and clumsy.

Our team of expert craftspeople have extensive experience in a range of buildings, materials, styles and designs. They’re not interested in just knocking out walls or putting in new windows. Our team sees renovations as a chance to transform a home.

Building beautiful homes, keeping NZ beautiful.

A beautiful house is nothing without a stunning environment, which is why 505 Construction take the utmost care to reduce our impact on the earth.

Every one of our sites is managed to minimise waste, and to dispose of any with consideration. It doesn’t just mean our day-to-day running is earth-friendly, it also means we can build on environmentally sensitive sites, looking after protected animals or habitats. We also always aim to use materials from sustainable, eco-friendly sources.

Since many of our clients share our concern for the environment, we can tailor our build so their house is as eco-friendly as they are – whether that’s building homes with low-chemical or locally sourced materials, alternate energy sources like solar, or extra insulation. We can also advise on small changes to your design that will help minimise its impact, like extra natural light.

If you’re looking for a construction partner who cares about the environment as much as you do, talk to the team at 505 Construction now.
