Where is ABI Interiors located? Can I view your products in-store?
Our Auckland showroom is now open Friday to Sunday, or by appointment Monday to Thursday.

Our range is available to shop in-store at our showroom, located at the Residium Build & Design Centre, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland 1010.

Can I purchase products online?
Yes, you can purchase the ABI Interiors range online via our website. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. We also offer payment through PayPal and Laybuy.

Do you have a Trade Program?
If you are a relevant trade or business within the construction industry, our tailored program will give you access to discounted pricing, dedicated support, and specialised account features. Our Trade Program is designed to suit your needs.

Do your products have a watermark accreditation?
ABI products have Watermark accreditation and minimum 3 star WELS rating.

What are your stock and lead times?
Please contact our sales team at help@abiinteriors.co.nz and we will check on production lead times. Once we have received this information and you confirm you are happy with the lead time, we will issue an invoice for payment. Once paid, your order is secured and stock is automatically sent out once restocked.

Do your products come with a warranty?
ABI Interiors offers up to Lifetime additional warranty for both residential and commercial applications of our products. For more information on warranty conditions, please refer to our Returns & Warranty page.

Can ABI Interiors products be installed outside?
Unless specified for outdoor use, our ranges are designed for internal use and are not warranted for outdoor use. This is due to the coatings being exposed to harsher conditions and UV light outside.

The Design Stage: 2016 – 2017:
After years of researching materials, making bonds with suppliers, and crafting designs — ABI Interiors moved away from its humble garage set-up. The founders opened the first brick-and-mortar store in Burleigh Heads in June of 2016, selling only tiles and rose gold and matte black bathroom fixtures. It was a time when orders were manually checked, the website didn't exist, and we had endless plans on what to do next.

The Rough-In Stage: 2018 – 2019:
These were years of exponential growth and change. We launched our brushed brass finish in 2018, becoming one of the first suppliers to provide cost-effective PVD colouring. This inspired us to increase our signature finishes by 2019, and expand our range to encompass a broader range of kitchen and laundry fixtures. Our fast-growing visibility in the industry demanded a strong e-commerce platform and strategy, plus a second ABI Interiors showroom based in New Zealand. Importantly, this state of flux revealed our core values and cemented them into the structure of the business: quality, trust, innovation, passion, and responsibility.

The Fit-Off Stage: 2020 – 2022:
The context of COVID-19 in 2020 created a surge for home improvement, and our headcount increased significantly to service the demand. By 2021, our departments were more and more refined, giving us the processes and resources to expand to the other side of the world — opening our third showroom in London. Concurrently, our social media and products were taking enormous public strides in 2022. The ABI Interiors' Pinterest was the top performer in the Home and Decor category across Australia and New Zealand, while the business obtained the nationally acclaimed Australian Export Award for E-Commerce

The Home: 2023 – Beyond:
In 2023, we opened our Gold Coast headquarters, marking a significant transition from a humble garage start up to a global presence. This key milestone reflected our team's unity, consistent growth, and relentless commitment to innovation. A major highlight was Shelley Craft, a celebrated TV personality, coming on board as our brand ambassador, infusing her design flair and expertise into our brand. Further underscoring our commitment to outstanding design, we were proud to receive the prestigious Good Design Award for our Aliro range, marking our first achievement in recognised product excellence.
