We provide a full flooring preparation and installation service using the highest quality tools and up to date industry techniques. We can install flooring over concrete, timber joists, ply/particle board or even overlay on top of existing flooring. When installing timber over concrete, rest assured we following best industry practices for moisture testing, vapour barrier application and adhesive selection.

Sand and Finish:
Sanding and finishing of both new and old floors. We finish all of our timber floors with state of the art machinery, techniques and industry training. We consider ourselves craftsman and are proud of the work we do. From new floors to 100 year old villas, we have sanded and finished them all. Each timber type requires a slightly different sanding system, and this is where true expertise shines through. Clear polyurethanes, hard wax oils, coloured penetrating oils, hard wearing finishes for residential and commercial alike.

Deep cleaning and maintenance:
We want your floors looking amazing years after we have finished. In order to achieve this we offer a deep cleaning system with a specialised floor cleaning machine, that we recommend getting done when your floor is showing signs of being hard to clean. Over time, embedded dirt restricts traditional cleaning methods from working as well as they should, and it may be time for a deep clean.

Maintenance is very important and often overlooked. We will educate you on proper maintenance and if needed, set up a maintenance schedule in order to keep your floor looking great. This is especially important if you have oiled floors as these need to be cleaned and maintained every 12-18 months, depending on use.
