Our commitment to sustainability.

Materials: We’re proud of our diverse range of polyester products that use PET plastics. While we’re doing our part reusing materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill, we want to do more as an organisation—and we will. We're actively looking at alternatives to PET plastic and what might be next.

Recycled content: Our acoustic solutions are made from 100% polyester fibre with a minimum of 45% previously recycled fibre—which is made from PET plastic. We are always striving to increase recycled content. However, we won't compromise on quality, durability, strength, lifespan, or the performance of our products.

Recycled content claims: We maintain strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure the highest standards for the quality of virgin and recycled fibre. We're up-front and transparent when sharing our data regarding the amount of recycled content, so designers can trust the statements we make. While others may use “up to” claims, we simply don't go there. Our credibility is more important.

Advanced manufacturing technology: Autex Acoustics brings engineering expertise and ingenuity to our manufacturing process in order to reduce waste and improve efficiency. We use heat and compression instead of adhesives or other materials that can be harmful to the environment. This process makes our products safe and ideal for use in a variety of commercial and residential applications worldwide.

Environmental certifications: Autex Acoustics holds numerous environmental certifications, including GreenRate Level A, DeclareSM, Red List Free, HPD, and CDPH Standard. These certifications are constantly being evaluated to ensure our products meet the highest environmental standards, so designers can always feel good about specifying Autex Acoustics products.

I can hear people in the room next-door. Do your panels fix this?

The issue you’re describing is called Sound Transfer this is when sound travels between spaces i.e from one meeting room to another. This is resolved with Insulation products or partition tricks. We are happy to give you advise around this.

Acoustic issues are when you have problems within a space and need to reduce excess noise like echo. This is resolved using the Acoustic products found on our website.

What is the lead-times of your products?

All products are made to order Locally by the Manufacture Autex. Standard lead-time is around 2 weeks. Some product lead-times vary. If you have a specific date you need an item by please get in touch with our team before purchasing.

What are your payment options?

Payment is required before we can order your materials and confirm a delivery or collection date. You can either pay via credit card directly or select Bank Transfer during checkout. This option will send you an invoice where you can pay via your accounts team or standard bank transfer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping will be calculated at check-out based on your address before payment. Large items or order will be delivered palletised and charged accordingly.
