For this type of work you definitely need a quality builder that you can trust. We had the quote within two weeks of Andrew's inspection and work started on the date he said he would start and finished on time despite having to adjust what was needed as assessment of termite damage was ongoing. We recently worked with Andrew and the team at Advance Building Services to completely renovate our bathroom. Our renovation involved a complete remodel which called for moving plumbing and a wall. Andrew managed the whole project from working with us, to all the different trades. Andrew was great at keeping us informed and providing advice along the way.
