Advantage Build specialises in architectural new builds and renovations for both residential and commercial in the Wanaka and Queenstown region.

Based in Wanaka, our mission is to build the dream homes and businesses our clients want by taking the time to listen to, understand and deliver their expectations without compromising on quality workmanship, materials or cost. We work with local and national architects to ensure their designs are delivered to a high-standard. With every build, we live and breathe our values.
