We met Jason Anderson through Signature Homes Nelson, whom we’d commissioned to design and build a custom home in 2016. From our first site meeting Jason’s vision, energy and innate passion for clean, strong design was evident. Clearly he is a talented designer and importantly, we sensed that he 'genuinely cared' and he ‘got us’. This was an excellent starting point to an exciting project.
Our design phase took several twists and turns over ensuing months to weave our extensive ‘wish list’ into a raft of covenants, caveats and engineering restrictions - all of course within budget. Jason navigated everything quickly, efficiently and effortlessly and our council building consent submission went through flawlessly. We ‘broke ground’ today (Oct. 2017) and look forward to watching Jason’s design and our dream ‘come to life’ in the coming months. At all phases Jason has delivered with pride and passion. We have no doubt he will continue to do so.

We felt so comfortable working with Jason from day one. He totally embraced our project and it was quite clear he was very passionate about it from the very first time when we showed him the site that we were considering buying. Never at any stage did he ever back away from his commitment to us even after it passed the stage where he needed to be involved. At all stages, he was totally engaged and his skills at putting we the customer at ease, allowed us to proceed with confidence. We had a vision of what we would like to achieve and he quickly took us down this path and interpreted what we had in mind with ease and in a very decisive way. If we wanted changes in the earlier stages he always produced these changes so quickly. He had obviously found his niche in life and it was truly his passion. Our experience has been such a positive one and the final outcome has been brilliant. So many others since have been so complimentary.
Would we recommend Jason to anyone else? Absolutely! You will have a man who will put you at ease and will want to get to know you so he clearly understands your needs wants, desires. He will embrace your project from day one and will always be available and within easy reach for any additional input that you may require.
We wish Jason and his wife Paige every success that life can bring. Blenheim isn’t far from Nelson and we would like to keep in contact with Jason. We are always interested looking at his other designs. We think he will have a very exciting future ahead of him.

Jason and the team at Anderson Architectural are a pleasure to work with, very professional yet very comfortable and easy to work with. Understood exactly what we were after from the very first meeting, which gave us great confidence that we were working with the right person. He was able to offer some great suggestions and expand further on our ideas. Concept plans were drawn and received within a week, and with a few minor twinks final plans soon followed. A very quick, efficient service that i have never experienced before, dealing with architects.
