Architecture & Design photography:

Photographing a unique and carefully designed space or a beautifully presented interior is not just about providing raw visual information. It is about telling a story, giving a sense of the purpose and character of said space and giving consideration to the surrounding environment and how that influences and complements the design. Keeping these principles in mind,  I use a strong graphic approach to create images that are compelling to look at through paying special attention to composition and the quality of light. Each photograph is carefully crafted with a clear purpose, taking a meticulous approach while at the same time being able to react quickly to whatever unfolds in the moment, with spontaneity and curiosity. A considerable amount of time is spent in post production, often exceeding the time that is spent capturing the images, yielding results that are ready for publication in any high end magazine.

Real Estate Photography:

Professional real estate photography is a must for anyone wishing to market and sell their property. In a crowded and competitive field, it is important that the photography stands out above the rest. If you're looking for a premium product that delivers magazine quality results, you have come to the right place. In an industry where a quick turnaround is paramount, we want to make sure that we utilise the short amount of time we are allocated on site wisely, getting a wide variety of angles of both the exterior and interior aspects to produce a compelling overview of the property and all its features. We emphasize size and space, and how those spaces connect to each other, including indoor-outdoor flow. Advanced post production techniques are used to ensure images look their best. Getting people to a property is half the battle so our aim is to wow and entice potential buyers to come and have a look at the property for themselves. Photographs are delivered within 24 hours, often sooner.

Aerial Photography:

André holds a CAA approved competency certificate that allows him to legally and safely fly a drone within a 4 km radius of an airfield (with permission, which is almost always granted). With a centrally located airport, a surprisingly large slice of Wellington city falls within this restricted zone, so getting a certified and competent drone operator is a must! When drone photography is not possible or prohibited, André has an 8m high telescopic pole mounted with a high end camera to get the job done.

Commercial Photography:

Twilight photography:

There is no doubt that some properties look their best at twilight or night time, both visually and in terms of conveying mood and adding to the narrative of a space. We can supplement you existing daytime booking with twilight shots or let the twilight images speak for themselves.
