CDC Council Approvals

For simple developments, a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) combines planning and construction clearances. The function of this certificate is to provide confidence that all applicable legislation and construction requirements will be met. Having to apply for one is not only a huge hassle, but it is also very time consuming.

So when it comes to renovating or building a new house, we will take on the task of having all the necessary permits signed and approved for you.

Class 2 Architect

Class 2 buildings typically includes multi-storey, multi-unit apartment complexes, or mixed-use structures combining commercial spaces with residential units. As of July 1, 2021, new regulations pertaining to Class 2 buildings have been introduced. These regulations have implications for individuals considering renovations, remediation, or new construction of multi-dwelling buildings, as well as those planning to renovate an existing single unit.
