Ryan was one of three contractors who came out to price our job - painting of the full exterior of our two-storied house. Ryan's responsiveness, great communication and overall professionalism really stood out and the work breakdown provided with his quote was very helpful in our decision making process. Timing for this project was the main constraint and we ended up selecting another contractor as they had a shorter lead time (at least on paper). This has not gone exactly to plan and when this arrangement looked like potentially falling over, Ryan did his best, at very late notice to try to work in with our now even shorter timeframe. As Ryan and his team havent ended up doing our project (due to timing constraints) the NoCowboys policy does not allow us to provide a rating, however we would recommend that anybody considering getting their house painted gives Ryan a call! This is the 3rd time I have used Ryan and his team (house painting exterior, house painting interior and this time deck and retaining wall painting) and I will definitely be using again in the future .Ryan is quick to provide a quote and offers advise to ensure you get an outcome you are after. His team work to a very high standard, are polite and tidy up after themselves. You do need to book in advance as there is a bit of a wait, but this is because he is in high demand.
Ryan is great at communication so you always know what is happening/ progress.
