Established in 1990 BAMS is proudly celebrating its 30th anniversary! For the past 30 years, BAMS a family-owned and operated building company has delivered projects in and around Australia as well as worldwide, at an Australian Guaranteed quality. With 30 years of experience, BAMS has delivered 24-hour minor maintenance services through to restoration of buildings, design to delivery of bespoke and chain rollouts of shops and offices.

Over the years, I have seen trends continuously change with many different ideas proving to be quite valuable and standing the test of time. I’m now focused on trying to put these observations to use and share my experiences with upcoming projects, from staying in touch with the latest technology and materials in our joinery and cabinet making division extending to how we approach the project management of our sites and staying mindful of our environment and achieving the best possible for all our clients.

I would like to personally thank all of our suppliers, contractors and staff who have supported BAMS over the years through our projects and ventures. Your hard work and precision are what helps drive the company to new levels. Different to others, we have an in-house production team of experienced drafters, estimators and production managers, an internal joinery manufacturing team equipped with the latest tools, machines and materials, as well as an in-house spray booth.

With more components under the BAMS roof during the manufacturing process, we are able to have more control over the efficiency of our service to deliver items on time, on budget and of exceptional quality.

BAMS specialises in sterilisation, decontamination, fogging, testing and certification. We extend our services to combat COVID-19 terminal decontamination, decarbonisation of medical equipment, infection control of all indoor and outdoor areas, correct classification and disposal of waste generated, restoration of trauma scenes to a safe and hygienic condition, chemical neutralization and detoxication/removing unwanted components or particles using chemical contaminants.

• Certified Personnel
  All personnel are trained and certified. Our employees are the first to complete the Infection Control & Decontamination training course specific to COVID-19 delivered by the University of Wollongong College.
• Site Assessment
  Appropriate analysis of the site to identify the nature of business premises, the extent of decontamination and chemical sanitisation required.
• Decontamination Procedure & Chemical Sanitisation
  Establish a safe work method ensuring that all contaminated areas have been identified and sanitised using appropriate chemicals and in accordance with updated standards by the relevant health organisations.

LBPs are designers, carpenters, brick and block layers, roofers, external plasterers, site and foundations specialists who have been assessed to be competent to carry out work essential to a residential building’s structure or weather tightness.
