Concept to Construction Design & Documentation
From small scale residential Development Applications and colourful Concept Packages to fully-fledged Detail Construction Documentation; our team can do it all.

Our design team are registered with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects and is active within the design community. This ensures that they keep up to date with the latest trends and regulations, whilst also having the right qualifications to meet all your landscape approvals.

Construction Management/Administration
Once all your approvals are in place, our team can oversee your design to ensure that the vision in your drawings translates to what is built on site. Our team have experience in Construction Management and Administration on projects from small scale residential to large subdivisions. So you can rest assured that you will receive the best service.​

Having a Landscape Architect watching over your construction also ensures that the project is run to budget. Any issues that arise are dealt with quickly and swiftly by our team with minimal hassle for you, our client.

We provide easy service to help you gain peace of mind for the external room of your home. During a consultation with BRDS we will run through your new or existing house plans to discuss:

  Any relevant Council or developer codes
• Design Potential
  Conceptual layout, vision & taking the next steps

The purpose of this consultation is to develop design ideas and styles. If at the end of the session you feel you would like us to undertake a concept design for you we can provide you with a fee to do this. Depending on the level of detail required we can also provide you with a fee to undertake detailed design so that a contractor or yourself can undertake the works.

Builders & New Home Owners
Basic to Extra

We understand all too well that there are budgets, especially when it comes to your new home. All too often the landscape design is left until the end and treated as an afterthought with little to no budget.​

Homeowners, don't you want to come home to a thriving garden that has been well considered and can grow with you?​

• We can provide you with two plans, one your builder uses within their allocated landscape budget and one which extends on this initial plan that you can work on after you have settled into your new home.​​
• Alternatively, you can see what the builder has allowed within their budget and remove this from the contract to put towards one ultimate landscape plan to be completed by a separate Landscape Contractor after you have finalised the building (we can recommend landscape contractors if needed).​​
