Selection of product for Hard Fitout from suppliers at discounted rates, such as tiles, carpet and hardware.

Kitchen, Bathroom & Laundry

Full kitchen, bathroom and laundry design, along with the selection of all relevant fixtures, finishes and fittings. Concept and full detailed drawings.

Custom Cabinetry

Unique built-in cabinetry, such as entertainment walls/units, bookshelves and window seats or furniture made to measure.

Exterior Finish Selection

Selection of Hard Fitout items such as roofing, gutters, paint colours powdercoted colours, exterior tiles etc. All documented in a schedule.

Lighting Design

We are well-versed in the art of Lighting Design to flow with your space plan. We will facilitate the selection and supply of lighting for all interior, exterior and feature areas.

Design Management Services

We can facilitate the ordering of products to work with your timeline, and can arrange on-site visits to maintain the integrity of the approved design.

This process is a general guide, but we remain flexible to suit your individual needs and will guide you through each stage, as every design project is unique.

Initial Design Consultation

The initial design consultation allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your individual needs. We take time to listen to your ideas, needs and work to understand and develop your vision.

Estimated Fee Proposal

After understanding your particular brief, we will prepare a detailed and itemised Estimated Fee Proposal, indicating the amount of time we will need to meet your requirements. This is an area-by-area or item-by-item breakdown, simplifying the breakdown of costs. This estimate can go back and forth until you are happy with the final amount of hours we are to spend and that we have covered everything you wish.

Design

Once the Fee Proposal has been accepted by you, our team will begin work on your job in stages, communicating at all times and making sure we meet with you regularly to review our progress and make sure you are happy with suggestions before they become decisions. Once the scheme is agreed upon, an item-by-item schedule will be prepared showing selections and choices in each area or for each item.

Product Pricing and Ordering

Following on from the schedule, we will price each item. Our long-established relationships within the industry mean that we can often provide you with significant savings from retail prices. Once you have agreed on the quotes, we will order the product and spend time communicating with suppliers and coordinating deliveries to suit you.

Design Management

At Bespoke Interior Design, we can be available during your process to make site visits. This ensures the integrity of the interior design is upheld during construction and installation. We can assist by being there for furniture deliveries and the placement of furniture and soft fitout products. We also coordinate these items for you.
