Guarantees

COMMUNICATION GUARANTEE
We will stay in contact with you for the entire length of your project. We do this by having a senior staff member call you each Friday providing an update on your project, letting you know what is happening in the week to come and scheduling regular onsite walkthroughs.

QUALITY COMPLETION GUARANTEE
We have a strong belief in our ability to deliver the highest quality. However, to guarantee this, we will have a third party inspector undertake a walkthrough and complete a defects report.

All potential defects will be rectified before handing you the keys. As the client, you will also get a copy of this report so that both our senior staff and a third party agree the work is of a high standard and ready for handover.

FIXED BUILD TIME GUARANTEE
We will supply you with a detailed scheduled timeline for when different stages are expected to be completed. If the build were to exceed the completion date, we will compensate you accordingly.
