Bird Built

Bird Built was founded by Cameron and Abby as a locally-owned and operated business based in Canterbury. Cameron's passion for hands-on craftsmanship began in his youth, and after gaining valuable experience in the building industry during a two-year stint in London, he returned to Christchurch to pursue a building apprenticeship. His proficiency and dedication led him to establish his own company, which has since grown steadily.

At Bird Built, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of continuity and control across all projects. Our skilled team of builders, employed directly by us, ensures that every job benefits from our consistent standards of excellence. Cameron remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations, often on-site to oversee progress and ensure quality.

We maintain strong relationships with a select group of trusted subcontractors, which allows us to uphold rigorous standards and adhere to project timelines. Cameron and Abby's commitment to a hands-on, transparent approach means that clients can easily reach them and communicate directly. By personally managing and completing each project, they ensure that clients always know exactly who they are working with and can expect a high level of service throughout the construction process.
