Lighting Control

The Blutek team accumulate many years of expertise in building custom solutions for smart lighting in homes. Combining premium hardware and cutting-edge technology, we customise and automate clients’ home lighting.

Our Programmers create user-defined “scenes” tailored for each home; these can be triggered by time of day, sunrise/sunset, voice control, other auto actions, or manually controlled via the app.

Home Theatres

Not only can we create a system streaming music in multiple rooms, but Blutek technology also allows users to have individually zoned audio streams with individual volume controls. Users can also group zones to control sections of their house in sections; i.e. you’re able to have music louder in entertaining areas and quieter in the kitchen.

Alarm Systems

Ensuring peace of mind and a secure home is a priority for Blutek. We are confident in building a security system to suit your individual needs. This can be as simple as an arm/disarm function or as complex as a full perimeter and building arming. We recommend using advanced systems that can be armed or disarmed along with opening and closing of controlled doors and gates through a single app.

Surveillance Cameras

Surveillance and security go hand-in-hand.

We provide a range of suitable hardware depending on location; ranging from basic 4MP stationary cameras to high-end 12MP cameras with full tracking and panning functionalities.

We utilise a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) on many projects, so in the case of a power outage or blackout, your surveillance is never compromised.

Access Control

Regulating access to your home is critical, and Blutek security systems allow full control over ‘who goes where’. All controlled through a single touch screen panel, we integrate home automation, lighting, sound and access control, minimising “wall acne”. RFID scanners are set up at all requested points where users can simply ‘tap’ in using tokens or even smartphones.

All installed surveillance systems allow access to a live or play-back feed through a simple app, giving you connectivity to your home at any time.

From the initial meeting through to post-completion, creating relationships with our clients and understanding their needs is the Blutek consultation difference. Initial consultation with Blutek project managers involves a full scoping and drafting of our clients’ needs.

Many projects are being built from the ground up, and to ensure cohesion with building specs we provide full documentation and rack details to builders during the trim phase. However, we do also service many as-built clients on their existing homes.
