Brianda Projects

“It gives me great pleasure to express my views of the company Brianda Projects, its director Jesse Gooch, and staff members. May I also say from the outset no fee was paid nor sought for this recommendation. In 2007 my wife and I decided the time had come to do some renovation work at our home. Obviously, the choice of a well respected builder was paramount in this process. We made several inquiries through friends etc and the name Jesse Gooch came up. In late 2007 my wife and I decided to progress with our renovation, Jesse’s quote was very competitive and his reputation for workmanship was our deciding factor. Shortly, after the work commenced, we were very impressed in the punctuality and courtesy of Jesse and his team who consisted of Matthew, Andrew and Harry. Jesse had other jobs ‘running’ so he would oversight our job and attend most days to monitor progress, supervision, and ordering material etc, Matthew, Andrew and Harry remained on site for duration of the work. The renovations comprised of an large outdoor timber (spotted gum) deck, and associated privacy screen. The interior included knocking out of walls, installation of large glass sliding doors to the deck, new gyprock and associated work that goes with renovations of such type. The quality of the workmanship was simply outstanding, Jesse and his team were at all times completely professional and punctual. My wife and I felt so comfortable and at ease with them being in our home we had no hesitation in leaving and going out and about doing our own thing. I would like to thank Jesse, Matthew, Harry and Andrew for the fabulous job they did with our renovations. I would have no qualms at all in recommending Jesse Gooch (Brianda Projects) to undertake building work again for me, and I would recommend him most highly to any person wanting excellent quality, competitive prices with absolute honesty and integrity.”
