BUILT CHCH

The team at BUILT CHCH do all the things that the 200-odd other builders in Christchurch do…architectural new builds, renovations, decks and light commercial. We’re Certified Builders and our work comes with the 10 year NZCB Halo guarantee.

BUT Built CHCH call a spade a spade. We’re upfront about ALL the costs associated with your project and if we tell you a timeframe, we’ll move mountains to uphold it.

BUILT CHCH LTD: WHAT MAKES US TICK?

We are specialists in residential building.

BUILT -  BY THE RIGHT PEOPLE

We have a simple but effective business model based around finding the top dog builders and giving them room to spread their wings by getting involved in projects from the start. We've built some amazing partnerships with our clients and have the best team of subbies working alongside us.

BUILT CORRECTLY - WE GET IT RIGHT FROM THE GET-GO

We make sure the team has a full understanding of the critical trades and project timeline from the outset. Taking the time upfront to fully understand the project means we're on the front foot.

BUILT ON BUDGET: WE ARE CONFIDENT IN OUR NUMBERS

It’s not uncommon for clients to select the cheapest building quote. A lot of builders put in a cheap quote to win the tender, only to add on a multitude of variations as the project progresses. Design changes and lack of budget review can also add to the equation. We use our experience to provide you with realistic project costings which won't dramatically increase.

BUILT ON TIME: IT’S IMPORTANT

We understand the impact of delays and we use our Christchurch building knowledge to preempt them. Once we agree on a programme, we will move heaven and earth to stick to it.

BUILT METHODICALLY: THE ADMINISTRATOR LOOKS AFTER THE PAPERWORK

Good admin from back at the office means our team can get on with the building. We ensure the suppliers and subbies that help bring the project together are kept in the loop throughout the build so there are never any wires crossed.

BUILT SAFE: WE KEEP WELL ORGANISED, SAFE SITES

Safety is not be taken lightly. We're productive because we keep our tools where they should be and manage a well organised, clean and most importantly safe site.

BUILT REAL: WE DO WHAT WE SAY WE WILL

Simply put, we get the job done. We offer a no bullshit, get the job done approach. If we say we’re going to do something, we WILL do it.

We are quality builders...and we're Built different to the rest!

Our continual drive for quality in all areas of our business has shown our clients that we're here to stay. Whether it's a new build, renovation or smaller project, we pride ourselves on our rock-solid commitment to completing your project within our agreed budget and on-time.
