It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mitchel Bates of Bull and Bear Projects and my experience with Mitch in his design abilities, construction and customer service. From all accounts, Mitchel’s work is of the highest standard. His dedication to his work and problem-solving skills are impeccable. Mitchel‘s designs, both structural and functionality are of optimal quality and visually stunning. Throughout our many engagements, Mitchel maintains in constant communication in the coordination process of the project. He ensures the construction/installation of the plumbing and wet fireworks runs smoothly and efficiently. This is evident in the ease of completion of our projects with him. With each of my many site visits with Mitch and his team, my observations have been that of their cleanliness, high safety regards and overall comradery between the subcontractors under Mitchel’s supervision. It is always a pleasure to work with Mitchel, from start to finish and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have recently been involved with Mitch on a design and construction project. The project was for Symbio Laboratories located at Lane Cove, NSW. From the beginning of the project, Mitch was excellent with his communications with me and acted on any unresolved items as soon as possible. Mitch was supervising the construction, installation and commissioning of the electrical lighting, power, communications, security/access control and hazardous area work for flammable gases and dangerous goods stores. From a consultant’s view, he was very easy to work with and accommodated our requirements as necessary. He was also involved in overseeing the upgrade works for the high voltage substation and main switchboard upgrade for the facility. During the construction process, I attended numerous site inspections and meetings. On these visits, it was notable that the construction site was operated in a favourable manner for clients, contractors and visitors in regards to safety and cleanliness. Mitch seemed to be a respected supervisor for the site in the opinion of the client and contractors with a harmonious and productive environment. The final quality of the installation was to a high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending Mitch for any work he may be qualified and capable of.
