Thank you - We have been to several Lighting Illusions shops in Brisbane and always been happy with their service. However, we recently purchased a light at the Skygate shop (near the Brisbane airport) and the staff there were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and so helpful. They rang several other shops to find the light we wanted but when it was unavailable, they took down their display light, checked it thoroughly, packed it well, and even carried it out to the car for us. Unexpectedly wonderful service.
