We have been dealing with Carpentry South for the last ten years. The first job they did for us was to build our new home in Riversdale. This project was completed in a timely manner, with very few problems and on budget. Ten years on we are still happy with our home.

Carpentry South have also completed several large projects at our two transport companies. Carpentry South Limited built the toilets, interpretation shelter and fences as part of the general upgrade of facilities at the Waipapa Point Lighthouse Reserve, on the South Catlins coast. 

Andrew Smith and his team performed to a very high standard. The finished building is a credit to their skill and commitment to working on this historic site in winter conditions.

We are just writing to express our sincere thanks for the fantastic job you all did at our home at Greenvale, Waikaka. We could not be happier. The whole process was a lot easier than expected and became so much more enjoyable with a great team like yours. Our foreman, Shaun, always had everything under control and was always so approachable. He was such a perfectionist and always went above and beyond our expectation, with new ideas or new options. The rest of the team was amazing too, especially Michael and Jared. Everyone always had smiley faces and were so helpful, energetic and patient with us. Your work was of the upmost standard, you were always on time and worked fill finishing time, if not longer, and you were all so tidy while you worked. The fact you took pride in your work, make us feel like you really cared about our home. Thank you for all the effort you put in. We realise it was not an easy build at times but you never showed it and always seemed happy. Thank you also for being so kind to our cat, Freddie by letting her sit on your knees at smoko, (especially Shaun, as I know this pushed your limits). We know it is just another build for your team but you will all be remembered very fondly by us, for making our old, miserable , dated house into a gorgeous new home to start our family. Carpentry South Ltd built our new veterinary clinic at Te Anau which was valued at over $700,000 and I am pleased to recommend them as excellent builders with a very good work ethic.

They are very co-operative, problem solve quickly and efficiently as well as always having the building site in a tidy condition.

Our building was completed within the time frame given.
