Casa Ecco Ltd is a certified Master Builder construction company based in Auckland. We have over 10 years of industry experience, and our services include project management, residential-full contract, feasibility study, and property subdivision. We also share a strong interest in home automation, affordable and accessible homes, and reducing carbon emissions in construction. 

Project Management and Full Contract

At Casa Ecco, we work with some of the most reliable contractors in Auckland who have been cooperating with us since the start of our business. For construction management projects, Casa Ecco works proactively amongst the owners, architects and engineers to ensure the visual result satisfies the expectation and complies with all structure integrities designed by the engineers. Our project management teams are never tired of fine-tuning the details and ensuring every small update. We have a professional quantity surveyor to estimate full contract projects. Our mission for full-contract projects is to provide and honour a fixed price contract without variations or extra charges throughout the whole project. We supervise the work quality closely and document all inspection records to smooth the code of compliance (CCC) application process.
