Licenced Building Practitioners
LBP’s are tradespeople whose skills have been assessed and meet the standards required to be licenced to carry out Restricted Building Work.
Passive House Tradesperson
Anybody who has ever been part of a building project knows that a qualified construction team onsite is crucial to a project’s success. A Passive House Tradesperson is equipped to implement the Passive House building standard. They have passed the accreditation exam issued by the international Passive House Institute, and they are in a unique position to work with design teams that have targeted Passive House certification as a project goal.
Environmental and Sustainable Building
CBG Quality Construction strives to ensure our construction sites are as environmentally friendly as possible. With up to 50% of landfill waste in New Zealand being a direct result of construction debris, we strive to minimise this. We act onsite by employing Wanaka Wastebusters services and separating waste into recyclable options.
We run a zero skip policy - so no rubbish skips on our sites.
We focus on the necessity to reduce, re-use & recycle, so nothing is ever rubbish until the job is complete.
We regularly offer our clients advice on sustainable environmentally friendly building product alternatives that can be used within the scope of the construction documents provided and where possible choose alternative supply options.
