Central Coast Luxury Homes recently completed the build of our beautiful home in East Gosford. From the start of the process, when receiving quotes from builders, we found John and the team to be very professional and attentive. There were some delays from our side initially and John kept in contact throughout the time. The quote was detailed and well presented, with all of the information required. Once construction began, Mitch and the team kept everything under control. There were some delays and hurdles to get over, mainly due to the very difficult site. Our block is on a very steep slope and backs onto the bush, so had to comply with strict bush-fire regulations.

John, Anthony and Mitch were very careful to source the correct products, so there were no issues with compliance and to meet our needs, as a family. John came to us with solutions, not problems, which made the process much less stressful than expected. The Central Coast Luxury Homes team were courteous and respectful at all times. Our neighbours had nothing but praise for all of the team.

John Avis was contracted to commence building my house in February, 2007. He communicated closely with both my wife and I throughout the whole construction At various stages throughout construction John detected errors in our architect’s drawings and in consultation with both my wife and I he was able to alter/modify the plans to ensure that time and money were not wasted.

John and his crew worked tirelessly throughout 2007 up to and including Christmas of that year. Their hard work and commitment resulted in my family and I moving into our house on 1 January, 2008. John’s fees and costs stayed within budget throughout the whole job.

We are very proud of our house and we realise that we would not have a house of this standard if it wasn’t for John Avis.

Since the house was completed (3 years ago) we have had 2 problems (a blocked drain and cracked render on one wall) which came under John’s warranty. On both occasions, John had the relevant tradesperson at my house (within a couple of days) to fix the problem.

When choosing a builder for our 4th childcare centre our foremost thought was finding one we could trust to complete our project to a high standard using quality trades, as our past experiences often lacked all of these important aspects.
