Replacement roofs remove leaks and add value.

Re-roofing your home offers multiple benefits; improved appearance, eradication of existing leaks, increased property value, and peace of mind if a buyer requests a building report.

Renovating the inside of your property before updating a tired, shabby or leaking roof is like robbing Peter to pay Paul — there is little point if the roof is only going to keep causing problems.

Re-roofing Taranaki residential and commercial properties for over ten years, we are experts in helping you choose the right replacement roofing materials for your specific building and location.

Our in-house scaffolding team.

We have our own in-house Central Roofing scaffolding team sporting a large range of scaffolding options to make our Taranaki roofing work sites safe for all involved.

When working on residential and light commercial projects our team use the appropriate scaffolding required in accordance with current health and safety legislation and best practice guidelines.

Our in-house Taranaki scaffolding service provides competitive pricing, top workmanship, and because they’re an internal team, they work in with the timeline of our roofing projects.

Our height access solutions for residential properties include:

• Fixed Scaffolding: Which provides a safe work platform
• Edge Protection: A barrier used as a safeguard on roofs with gentle angles
• Pedestrian/Public Access Walkways

Our knowledgeable staff will assess your specific requirements and recommend the most appropriate scaffolding solution for your project.
